if its a bbq + cruise then split the cost at the start i'd say it would work out to be around 5dollars give or take. Or as Paul suggested Harrys at parra then decide to do something later?

either day is fine with me, though probably Sunday is best.
If say we decide on Harry's in Parra, we can then take pics there since there is a large car park right next to it. Or, drive to Parramatta Park and take pics?
BBQ sounds good too, but yeah the organisation might be a bit harder since we'll need food, drinks, utensils etc and who'd supply them and run the day. I'd be happy to put my hand up if we get enough numbers for this.
