hmm what exactly do you mean by restitched? well the things at the bottom of the recaro seats that hold the driver in place are called bolsters, if they are saggy or broken from not getting in and out properly you can buy brand new recaro bolster foams and replace them.

you can buy the bolster foams from here:
http://www.capitalseating.co.uk/prod...e&rid=61&mid=2 - just scroll down till you see bolster foam
although i hear you can source them for cheaper on ebay but at the end of the day it'll be in the 100 dollar range which shouldnt be a big deal to you seeing how you are getting I/H/E :P

there is a DIY of how to replace the bolsters here:

    best of luck

Hey! Congrats on the purchase, never got tired of my DC2R when I had it.

One of the single best mods I have ever experienced in a DC2R, was driving one which had Mugen rear brake pads + a new set of stock DC2R brake pads on the front. It evened out the brake force (front to back) and compared to my bone-stock DC2R was able to be scarily brave coming into a corner.

Other than that, I also run a Spoon filter - definitely noticed this working well when going for a late night burst.

Handling wise, I also bought the rear Type R strut brace - this makes a big difference to in-corner speed. Before the strut brace, you can hear the rear tyres start to squeal, just reminding you their about to let go - After strut brace: they squeal but it takes alot more speed and force to make them slide. Almost makes the DC2R perfectly neutral.

    Cheers, D.
