My car is a prefl and it doesn't have a immoboliser.
Hey guys what does the low fuel light look like? Is it that circle light next to the fuel gauge? It because i am on 498 kms on this tank of petrol and i wanna see how much further i can push it.
it's just a round orange light next to the fuel gauge. Just make sure not run the car til you have no fuel to travel to a petrol station.
498kms is pretty good. what fuel are you using? if i nurture mine, i can push it past 500km.

Wow only 340km? I vtec mine a few times and i had long drives on the m4 reving constantly at 3-4k. I normally shift between 2-3k or 3-4k.
ive been wondering what efficiency i will get out of mine. I havent been through a full tank yet. I got approx 200k's from about half a tank with a lot of heavy traffic driving and revving it out a fair bit.
i agree with Luke, BP is the best.
used vpower...it's ok considering it's cheap.
used vortex....better than vpower, feel a slightly better pull
using ultimate...feel the most pull into my seat, only downside is there ain't no discount coupons! xD
@twelve: hard to say. best way is to fill it to the rim and drive normally. try not to vtec to see whats the furthest u can get until the light comes on, give or take another few kms for the last few litres of fuel u have. afterwards, refill and vtec+ normal driving to see the difference. =)
Also, start stops in heavy traffic drains more fuel than driving long distance nonstop though of course depends on your throttle control~
