19x9.5 isn't impossible on a euro. Kit had the same specs with his autocoture which fit fine with no hassles. mainly depends on the offset.
if you're fitting 9.5 rears look around the high 20's to low 30's in offsets and you'll probably want to run a 235/35/19 tyre for some stretch to get that extra clearance. guards will need to be rolled too and if you're very much against hearing the occasional rub you might might to get a slight pull done as well. definitely do-able fitment. also depends how low you are and what stiffness you're running on your suspension. to avoid rubbing, general rule is lower the better and stiffer the better, as being nice and low will give you some helpful natural camber which means more clearance too.
It's gonna be work. I had 20's on my euro at one stage they were 8.5 wide and I had to roll and flare the guards and also cut away the plastics on the inside.
