    DC2 Integra Room Bar / Room Brace

    Hello,

    Would anyone know if there were to be an adjustable room bar for the DC2 - which i could use from the ultra racing range ?
    * ultra racing dont seem to make one specific for the dc2 *

    do-luck makes them. but it will be hard to find a genuine one these days. there replica ones on ebay. pretty sure eg and dc2 will fit each other

    there was a Do-Luck one for a DC2 in the parts for sale thread not long ago, gone now though.

    Room bar lol? i thought it was some bar or a club in inside a room. That looks like a lower B-Pillar bar, can i ask why you need that?

    Floor brace to be more correct. Rigidity. Does more than strut braces or so I hear. Gotta pay a pretty penny for them too, Do-Luck is like $650 or so...

    Is that right?, why did Honda engineers put a strut bar on a dc2R instead of a floor brace?

    i guess cause they wanted people to be able to sit in the back seat, lol.

    if we go by your argument, then why didn't the engineers equip the ITR with a full roll cage? why didn't they equip it with more efficient headers?

    maybe the answer lies in costs or maybe because not everyone needs or wants one...

    No arguments at all. The floor brace is one piece as you can see in that pic, the strut brace is also one piece. Question is if its more effective than a strut, why not opt for a floor brace.

    You can still sit at the back if that was in it lol.
