    Sorry - Noob question here:

just got a dc5r, wondering if its normal for the RPM to be at 3.2 k-ish whilst driving on freeways.

I would say its pretty normal. My DC5R is sitting on around 3100rpm on 6th gear going 100km/h

DC2's need a 6th gear too it's so annoying being stuck in 5th at 110km/h...

ive had 3 dc5r's, all sit between 3.2-3.4 on the highway.. They are a very rev hungry car, you'll notice that through everyday driving. Never seen a car get to 3000 revs so quick haha.

Loving the drive - havent driven a 6spd gearbox before and still adjusting to the short shift gearbox!
