+38 on 9" wide will Fit but will be close for inner clearance if u have coilovers. I have about 1cm or less distance between my rim and front strut on +35

Hey im planning to get BBS RS for ep3r roughly around the size below:
    (F) 16 × 7J to 7.5J offset +15 to +33
    (R) 16 × 7J to 8J offset +15 to +33

what do you think is the lowest offset i can go without having too many issues..and keeping in mind i wanna track it..
    thanks !

is your ep lowered? also what sized tyres would you plan on running?

I haven't lowered my ep yet, so i'm unable to confirm what the lowest offset could be... but looking at the "16x7.5 +24, 205/55/16" I test fitted the rears should only need a roll/lip... the fronts should fit with a bit of camber. I'm planning on running 195/45 tyres though, might go up to a 205/45 depending on how much clearance there is.

Man with 16s you gonna need some low ass coil over set up. If the ep has a stock offset of +45. I'd say the lowest u can go with guard rolling n coil overs are +15. But with 195 Tyres u won't get good grip though. If Tyres. I find dz 101 is awesome. Or sumitomo htrz3 is awesome.

Oh well thats good news thanks. Im just on s-tech springs atm, the rear seems sorta high ( finger and half gap) so im not worried about scrubbing, but im worried about the front. Will i need much camber? the ku31's 215/45/17 able to stretch onto the 9 yeah? Thanks a ton aero!

205/45/17 for little bit stretched, 215/45/17 for flush with rim, 225/45/17 for a bit of sidewall bulging like on the cl9's

should be ok. it really depends on the tyres tho. get something with a good stiff sidewall and a brand that has a reputation for stretching. ive been running on 215/40/17 tyres on a 17x9 rim for nearly half a year now. love the stretch look!
