Faded Roof & Bonnet

My car has a pretty badly faded roof & bonnet. Would I need to do a respray or can a car detailer fix it up?

If a detailer can do it, can anyone recommend me one in MELB? Thanks.

Is the clear coat peeling? If not you can polish it, it will look pretty good but it won't last long and you will need to polish again, best to respray if you can afford to do so.

Yeah i think the clear coat has already peeled off. I might be able to take some pics and post it up...
