    B16 EG civic price

    hey guys just wanted to ask a quick question
    im looking to buy my mates EG civic running a b16 engine
    he also has recaro seats, and lowered on coilovers
    not too sure about km but im guessing around the 150,000 mark
    but how much would you pay for something like this or how much is it worth ( To buy )

    depending on condition i would pay around 7ish (up or less) depending on condtion, whats included, etc

    depends. prices range from $4k to $10k and above depending on what u get.
    if its pretty std fair, then $7k sounds right

    Mmm not sure i think its audm =S dont know much about older civics and stuff
    Buhh the car has been worked and stuff ill ask him about it sometime but like im thinking to pay prolly around 6k give and take depending on condition
    But since im noob with egs and stuff
    What do u think of this combination
    Make for a quick reliable daily do u think ?

    i sold my EG with a JDM B16A (130,000kms), coils, headers, full exhaust system, intake, Apexi VAFC. for 7.5K

    mate of mine bought a b16 eg with type R cam, hondata ecu, koni suspension, mugen muffler and FGk headers for 6.9

    I've seen them go as low as 3.5k, you get what you pay for though.

    same, cheapest i saw was for 3k. jdm b16a - with suspension mods. body was rough but everything was together and registered.

    u pay for what u think its worth. its only worth what the market is willing to pay. if u look at the civic market atm, u can pick up an EK for 5k. and u still have idiots that think their eg is made of gold and are asking for 7k. u can get a teg type R for 13k. so, think about it. a b16a (not really quick, just revvy) in a eg. the power gain isn't enormous either. the eg6 comes stock with a b16a, so.. why would u pay so much for it.

    everyone does the conversion thinking its like an investment or something, u loose money on ur mods, this isn't any different.

    and if it has 150,000kms, on the engine, assuming, i wouldn't pay much for it. old car, engine getting old too.

    eg b16a go for cheap now. everything is cheap lol.

    i reckon d series egs are more rare lol.
