Good tyres for Euro 17" Rims

i just put some 17" wheels on my euro today with 215/45/17 tyres...

and the tyres look like they're a little bit flat (even though they're inflated to the correct pressure - i've got it at 35psi cold).

anyone else have this problem or can explain why the tyre flexes so much from the weight of the car?

I'd assume u got those special Honda wheels from eBay that came with those no name tyres? Sell them and get some decent tyres in the right size as well.
