max db reading on a spoon exhaust?

Hey guys i got a epa notice for my exhaust, and i was just wondering what is the legal limit?
i heard it's 90db but i'm not sure if they have changed that.
Also i have a spoon muffler [not the street one] and was wondering what is the max it produces?
Also what do they rev the car up to when testing, because i have a non-vtec and my car kicks in around 3.5-4rpm.

    Also i'm in Victoria.

    cheers

an if the car back fires, or pops, instance fail, be mindful of that

Best advice, dont go in there expecting that you will pass with this cat back, like everyone else, whack on that stock exhaust, instant pass

safety feature, i think the ecu has a limiter- could easily remove it i guess. but why would you want to sit there and rev bash anyway lol.
