eBay stupidly enough. Now to see if the seller will respond to giving my money back. =='
can you let us know which seller you used also ... might help with people looking in the future
i'd suggest telling the seller you want a refund + here is the proof which you can get from the pivot website (not sure if you got the blue or purple one)

send it back and make sure you keep you some form of "proof of shipping" (this is required as your responsibility if it gets far enough to show you actually did what you could to return the item)
if you don't get a response after 1-2 weeks launch a dispute with paypal/ebay to force them into the refund otherwise if you wait too long (45 days from the transaction) you won't be able to launch a complaint against the seller
with my experience with ricky something something as the seller...giving him the benefit of the doubt that he genuinely did not receive my return then it was about 2-3 weeks and he still didn't get it which i found strange...so i waited the 44days before launching the response with ebay/paypal and within 3 hours i got my claim back
