99 ek civic interior genuine recaro seats + handbrake centerconsole with armrest

I have an issue, seeming I want to get an armrest ek4 styles... However the recaro seats were made to retract but the retraction is actually on the inside of the seat hence the reason a problem
May arise when trying to move the seats back rest angle

Has anyone got some info and if this has been done before? Did it cause you any problems

    Thanks for the help!

Same goes with putting SR3 Recaros from a DC2R into a DC2 VTIR - I just switched the driver/passenger seats around so the adjustment knob is on the outside facing the doors.

It's a bit of a squeeze to adjust but it's better than not being able to adjust at all with the armrest in the way.

thought the adjustment knob is facing the door stock, coz two of my mates dc5r is lyk that but then my dc2r has it facing handbrake

Hmm, guess I'll have to swap the seats around when I put the armrest in........

This is a definite have to?

If you're putting in an armrest then you'll have to if you want to adjust your seats at all.
