EG Oil Cooler for Power Steering

Quick question for all you EG experts

Do all EG's come with an oil cooler for power steering?

Curious to know because my EG5 vti doesn't have one and the pipes are looped up. Not sure if it was like that from factory or someone removed it in the past.

I've seen 3 other EG's including 93 Si and two 91 GL models and they all had the oil cooler :S

For example

Older eg civics like eg si run a single bar with fins cooler
Newer run just a rubber u bend in place. Perhaps newer style ps pump doesn't require it?

Yep I have the rubber U-bend looping up the PS lines in my late 94 EG..

So I guess later models didn't require the cooler
