Problem is sorted! window was moving all fixed!

likely the door hinge itself.....its loose / broken from previous impact or repair. The clunk is the actual entire door shifting when you hit those bumps. Try this - open door , and try to lift the outer edge - it may actually lift and shift slightly if this is correct.

Thanks Ben ill check if this is the issue. But i still think its the window moving...

if its the window its off the rail / loose rail - you can fix it be removing all door liner , lowering window right down and raise it slowly look in with a torch to see if its catching or loose anywhere. You can loosen the 2 x bolts holding it to the scissor rail and retighten see if that helps
