    Clutch and flywheel replacment advice

    Hey Guys,

Just a couple of quick questions regarding changing a clutch and flywheel in a 97 integra vtir.

At the moment I have the fidenza lightweight flywheel and exedy OEM replacement clutch and was wondering on a couple of questions to make the install smoother.

When replacing the flywheel is it recommended to purchase new flywheel bolts or would I be better off getting a set of ARP flywheel bolts?

Secondly I have a small thought that my rear main seal may be leaking. To change that seal is only the seal needed? I have heard that it is easier to remove the oil pan to change that seal so a oil pan seal is also a must?

Just trying to get all the facts straight before I have to get her done this thursday.

    Cheers

    Reuse flywheel bolts.
And main seal is accessible behind the flywheel. Lever old one out with a flathead screwdriver , clean sealing surfaces with a clean rag. Reinstall new one with care - I usually tap it with a flat punch very slowly in a star pattern around the outer edge until flush
