yeah i have issues and i need a box of tissues, you got a problem? how old are you to be making comments like these? the best and easiest way to describe a car enthusiast is that they treat their cars like human beings so when they lose their car its like losing a human being because you get attached to it...bit over the top, but people can relate to it, unlike you because you obviously dont know how it feels because you probably got spoon fed your whole life and havent experienced anything for yourself yet...i dare you to say that to my face instead of hiding behind a computer monitor while someone spoon feeds you..i posted this thread to help others out incase they look here for advice so they dont go out purchasing a lemon what i lost and what im entitled to or not is none of your business so stay out of it?
100% on this! It crushes you sorta like loosing a bestmate or loved one etc feels even worse when u find it rebirthed and the owner says no accident history...

If you want to really get your message across then broadcast it on the radio or television.
This isnt defamation, the OP is warning other potential purchasers of a car to steer away from this car as it has been written off previously.
Can i warn ppl to steer away from the ebay shop called "TuningPros" coz they're as dodgey as the seller of this car?...this is just one person, TuningPros on ebay rips off 10s of ppl.
