    it was like 14k for the wreck hence i said if you can find a wrecked fn2r for cheaper then you save heaps, you can prob pick one up for like 10 now considering how much the cars have dropped if its an 07, but i assume you have a 09+ fd so you would need a 09+ fn2r and that would be costly, 6k+ is for other stuff like toda headers, intake, labour etc

    modproject and seeker motorsports are the only two places i know of who has done k20 swaps in the fd

    LOl why does the eng have to come from a fn, why not another eng in the k series, from like a dc5r or ep3r, or must the swap keep the maf sensor?

    in order to register the engine, the engine cannot be older than the chassis, hence a cu2 or fn2r engine is required which makes the build expensive

    I had the car for two years now and bought it brand new since then i modified the following:
    - mugen full kit bodykits
    -carbon fiber type r spoiler
    -3M di-noc carbon fiber sticker ( full rear boot )
    -lenso 18x8.5 +35 offset with federal 225-40-18 tyres
    -HID lights
    - and few more minor modifications
    Next project - skunk2 pro-c coilovers and 215/40/18 federal tyres

    Yeah thanks , Im around wynnum west if you want you can come tomorrow at our cruise its a late invitation but were going to goldcoast by 8 am its a mix up cars though

    You can buy them at ebay there aftermarket ones, cause for me its better to look factory ones than white lenses ( no offense ) i want to keep the type r looks hehe
