mmm... Civic coupe is very nice in terms of looks, not many in that condition around Australia.
Not sure about engine conversion, other people on forum would know more than me on this but it might handle like a bit of a pig if the other right modifications haven't been done. I still don't understand why people put such big engines in a car that wasn't engineered for it. Honda does millions of kilometres of testing and millions of dollars in development, yet someone can chuck in a bigger engine and then everything is better. I don't get it. The whole dynamics of the car are now changed from it's original purpose. A B18 would have been plenty if they wanted an upgrade and less stress on stock components etc etc. That's what Spoon recommended with the CTR if any engine upgrade had to be done. Anyway, just my 2 cents...
IMO, the Integra will be always be a true sports car because it was always designed as a sports car; where the Civic wasn't. If you want a true sports car, go with the Integra, if you want something that still looks like a sports car and want something a bit more special and can afford the extra dough, go the Civic.
