WIll a D16y8 Water Pump Fit into D16y1 ? i know they are same output so im assuming same built ? so will it fit? trying to buy water pump from US is alot cheaper ~

No. they are different. The D16Y1 uses the same pump as the D15 motors found in EDs and EGs.

The D16 from the EK uses a different pump. Protex pump part numbers are:

D16y1 - PWP1130

D16y8 - PWP4011
