Is there a vehicle status check for NSW just like Victoria, or do you have to pay for it?

lol 1st car honestly dont waste 13k on a type r, you dont even know if your tastes of opinions gonna change later down teh road, i got my car and 2 -3 months later i got bored and wanted a rwd or an awd, your young so your gonna want to experiment, buying an expensive car then realising that you want a change and then having no money for another car or finding it hard to sell the car u have now is a bummer, im still thinking of selling or keeping my car but yeh. Every1 i know recomments getting a shitty cheap car that you can thrash around, coz theyve already been through it all, all the phases and sht of being on your Ps, wanting one car then finding it doesnt suit your taste or ur need, or you change overtime and you want another car. For me they recommended just keeping what i got now till im fulls because ill just be wasting money but even though my mentality was "ill buy this car keep it till fulls and mod it up on the way", being young you do tend to lose interest easy and your bound to want another car ill guarantee that, my tastes have gone from eg,ek,dc,r32,r33,fc3s,s13,s14,180sx,preludes,supra mk3/mk4 and so on, and every now and then i kinda drift away for abit. To be honest i still wud prefer a rwd atm, iuno just for fun and games but yeh my opinion, go buy urself a cheap 5k vti-r, spend 2k on it and youll be satisfied for the time being i reckon, exhaust, intake manifold and a cold air or short ram intake and i sure youll be happy with it, yeh it wont go as hard as a type r but its cheap and you cant really say you wanna keep the type r for life, your young atm theres plenty of other cars out their to experiment with and your bound to get over the type r. Not hating or anything but yeh i like dc2r, way more then the dc5r, i like the fact its high revving, vtec and its non turbo so its all motor, i hate the fact its fwd, and i will never like fwd as much as the other 2. I would never turbo one, im like a purist, if it was built NA then it should stay NA, and to build a quick responsive NA youll be wasting alot of money. Bottom line is, in future when your on your fulls, and you decide to get a turbo car, the money that you mightve used to mod your dc2r would show way more gains on the turbo engine, you actually feel the gforce and its prob gonna bw a rwd or awd and youll have much more fun then. Some ppl say its bad to think too far ahead but it considering its cars and most of us here love pouring money into it, id say it doesnt hurt to try think ahead and really decide what you want =) in the end its all up to you.
*end rant*
