So starting at the start, and beginning at the beginning, can somebody tell me how cars work? Because I thought they could float, but it turns out they can't. Now it turns out they have more parts than an 'engine' and a stereo. And can somebody tell me why it's such a stupid idea to waste so much money on a shitty old car, spending more than it's worth on ridiculous 'upgrades', rather than buying a new car?
