Yeah the stupid stock bracket has a screw right in the middle that pierces into your bumper leaving a hole (whoever came up with such a stupid idea!?). The plate relocaters will require you to drill holes into your bumper, wherever you decide to mount.
I did what reckless did, used 2 cable ties and pulled them tight and it wont rattle, and cut off the excess ^.^
