Ok so your headunit serial number will be a code minus the letters. So for the above example it's 87573534. If you ring Honda and give them that number they will give you the password. Unfortunately when i rang I didn't know the letters were excluded and the Honda guy said that that wasn't the serial and I would need to take the head unit out, which took a while cause I haven't done it before.
