Why azn_k3nt astoria is your least favourite dealer? Is it because they didn't give you the cheap price? i think in July 2010 i was start hunting for my Euro i tried for cheap price in other states as well and a salesguy called Carl from astoria honda rang me and said they were doing deal for base auto without accessories for 33k driveaway, but since i am in NSW he advised me to match up that price in NSW dealers as there were hassle transport to here etc etc. He sounds friendly and ok to me.. but not sure the dealer attitude at Astoria now may have changed?

WHy it take to deliver the car in 2weeks? When i bought my car here, it took only 5days to get to my home... Did they tell you they have to get the new stock somethiing?

Honda Astoria manager, He was very stubborn and said "we're no.1 honda in melbourne" then about 30mins into talking "this month has been our worst performing month"

enough of that, i was like give us ur BEST PRICE ON THOSE ACCESSORIES that i mention, he said 33.7k WITHOUT ANY ACCESSORIES...

bro and i was like "huh, we ask for accessories, not for a naked car"

then the manager said, OKAY if i give u the best deal, will you deposit today? we call bluff on that and said yes...well guess what? he said 34.5k for tint and floor mats

seeing the prices that has been sold on ozhonda i knew this wasnt the best deal, so we took up and left...the manager came chasing after us, saying we're unresonable ppl and shit.

oh well...here's my advice to ppl buying accord euros in melbourne...GO TO ESSENDON HONDA 8D

Essendon honda was the best very smooth selling, they came up 2 us...i told them i want this accessories blah blah, auto, volcano gray for 33k

he was like i cant do 33k today aka the last day of the month but i might be able 2 do it tomorrow aka the new day of the month

he calls me up at 9am OMG I WAS FUMING, WAS STILL SLEEPING...he said 34k wif all those accessories i was like nah, 33.5k with all those accessories and i'll get out of bed now and give u a deposit in cash LOL

I dealt with 5 dealers,but funnily enough Essendon was not 1 of them,as they are on the other side of the city.

Astoria are also only 3 kilometers away,so very convenient,and the service depaerment has been very good so far.

I WOULD still reccomend them.

Not going 2 judge you on your opinion man ...i was told to go to doncaster honda as well but i went to essendon but some of the westsiders ozhonda member told me so and plus it was a very new show room so i wanted to see what it was like.

I never even went 2 ferntree gully or the one near fountain gate LOL

Funny,I dealt with completely diffirent ones,but I suppose it depends where you are from.

On my doorstep are Astoria,John Blair,Robert Lane,Gary and Warren Smith,with Yarra Honda a bit further away.

Those were the ones I dealt with...

You guys wonder why some salesman get shitty and become rude? Picture this, you go to dealer x and he shows you through car , test drive as well as negotiates you a fantastic deal.. You then get up and walk into y dealership who has done nothing and he beats it by $100 and you sign up with them..
And you wonder why dealers dont give out prices???

Why would u deal with 5 dealers? You can find out everything you need on the internet, then negotiate your deal.

You think salesman don't know when they're being shopped? They are masters of reading body language and pick up all the telltale lines used.
You seriously think the brokers are getting you the best deal? Who do you think pays for their services? Certainly not the dealers.
