drove it to the station thinking how did the B16B CTR engine not make a single mention in the latest Wheels "special atmo" edition with the B16B pumping out 83.4 kw/litre (134kw/1.6litres)

... especially when you consider the Porsche GT3 RS has a kw/litre of about 87...

Unless the ek9 came with a roll cage like the GT3, than its got nothing on the GT3 LOL

Even thought the GT3 has crappy power to litre figure, it can actually move! lol, displacement ftw! 4 liter, boxer 6.... coupled with a mean chassis with roll cage.... ultimate track car

I totally agree - I absolutely love Porsche's and GT3s

The thing that got me is that even though the EK9 didn't make it into the Top 10 atmo engines of all time list they compiled, it didn't even get a mention in the 'honorable mentions' section of the mag... bit disappointed to tell you the truth

... altho the NSX did make the Top 10 and NSX-R also got a mention
