I had spoon street on my old car and its really really quiet.

Did you end up selling EP3 with the Spoon Street muffler to Peter?

had the spoon n1 axle back on my car - loud and farty. Dont think putting on an exhaust or system is going to make the car much faster tho !

When you say farty, is that at low revs, e.g. take off? From all the video clips I've seen, it sounds like a jet fighter in the higher revs.

I agree with phil. Ive sat in Peters car and it sounds really quiet, compared to my neighbor's car, flubbar.

I was looking at exhaust again today.

Was thinking of either getting headers or changing my mugen twinloop to something louder.

Will headers increase noise by a little?

Is it best to change the downpipe too when getting headers?

Hes got headers , 2.5 custom b pipe and a cannon. PM him and ask for more details, i think he is parting it out.

2.5" Magnaflow.
Drones when it's a cold morning start but after it warms up, it sounds like a beast.
changing the headers, b-pipe and muffler will really increase the noise.
If you'd like, come over and i'll show you how quiet and how loud it can be.

If you're chainging headers, may be good to look at changing the piping as well so as to make the air flow exit more smoothly. Also, expect the lower torque to drop a little but high end to gain when you change the exhaust as back pressure has dropped.
