No need to apologise. The DC5 and EP3 have four engine mounts, but often replacement kits only replace 3 of them as you say. I am not sure of the logic behind this as it seems that the front and rear mounts would be most effective in resisting rotational movement of the engine given their location. I now use the Innovative kit with the optional 4th front mount, but I didn't do the front mount separately so I can't say what effect it might have had.
The inserts come in 4 pieces, one for each side of the front and rear mounts. The drivers side mount can't have an insert put in it as it is already a solid fluid filled blob, and Energy Suspension obviously thought it wasn't worth filling the gearbox side mount with urethane.
