if you used your front speakers to connect the rca adaptor, then you must've connected your front speakers to your amp (im assuming) and so check to make sure you've connected the rca cable to the ignition wire properly and that the amp turns on. But you say when the radios on the the sound is fine but only with the stacker? maybe your stacker isnt connected with the rca cable?
