    There is no such thing as a b18cR its just an abbreviation there is
    JDM B18C TYPE R : 147kw
    AUDM B18C7 : 141kw
    I dunno where you for 156kw from lol that's almost a JDM K20A

    There isnt much difference but if you could get a jdm one for same price why not.
    Anyway, 2k a decent deal i reckon. Just gotta get the other shiz now. Mounts, shafts etc

    LOL 16kw difference. everything i was guna say is what gsipsi said good try tho

    anddd the 6kw in difference comes from

    - 4-1 header (although used to lower the RPM's needed to reach max torque)
    - ECU tuning coz they have 100 octance or what eva it was

    If I wanted a B18C (not C2) I'd just buy whatever came first, JDM or AUDM (depending on my platform).

    no the block of a jdm type r says b18cr, just like aussies say b18c7....see if I can find some pics...

    the non jap bseries have numbers afyer them b18c1,2,3,4


    jus like b18c5 is the american type R

    omg.. there is no R on the block. it just says B18C, then straight under it 7 or so numbers.

    see even tho there is a 2 there it doesnt make it a audm vtir engine. IF the 2 was staight after the C then yeh, but its below it, So its JDM
