    I'd say you're pretty right with your guess. Hope it came with a harness and plugs!

    OBD 2b
    VTEC yes
    Vehicle 1999-2000 Honda Civic Si - - also JDM EK4 B16A SiR



    Top one is a OBD2b ECU with three plugs.

    What are you putting it into?
