I think it looks AWESOME,as suits the car to a tee,and makes it look a little bit more like a CU2...more modern.

Wow nice. I think it looks awesome too, but you can see what I mean about anything larger than 18" and it will definitely need to be lowered.

17" is the 'sweet spot' wheel size for the CL9 at stock ride height. 18" you can get away with though - just. 16" are the stock size on the standard version and old CL9 lux, and they do look a bit small.

i can stick a loaf of bread between the fender and tyres gap.......

stock CU2 luxury is 18x8 offset +55.. and is around 29kg with the Michelin Primacy HP 235 45 18 tyre (made in France and has rather soft sidewall, and no lip protection flange at all!)

stock CL9 luxury is 17x7 offset +55.. and is around 23kg with the Potenza RE040 225 45 17 tyre (made in Japan and has stiffer sidewall, and has a bit of lip protection flange) (i weighted it when i had it)

considering 1kg of rotating mass = 10kg of unsprung mass....

thats an extra 60kg's on the car from the heavier rims...
