    what are you hoping to gain from this modification?

    Yes they will increase hp in the top end as they will increase your rpm, but if your not going to upgrade ur crank shaft them you shouldnt change your rev limit. If you stay with your current rev limit you wont make any extra power and wil probably lose power. You shpuld also upgrade your springs and valves.

    Dont forget that Honda specially designed the type r crank shaft to be perfectly balanced so it can spin at 9,000 rpm safely
