If you have Standard/Limited Edition/Sport Accord Euro - I.e. Don't have HIDs stock then:
H1 for Low beam
H1 for High Beam
H11 for Fog Lights

If you have Luxury Accord Euro - i.e. You have HIDs stock then:
D2S for Low Beam
H1 for High Beam
H11 for Fog lights
