Intake Mod Chip Resistor - 'Up to' 20HP gain for $8??

Hey guyz... Youve probably all seen this but just wondering if anyone has actually purchased and installed it??

    http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....sPageName=WDVW

It seems simple and pretty much explains itself... but how much HP can it actually give you?? Up to can mean 1, 2, 5 or even 20... Air intake can contribute to something, rpms can contribute to something, driver can do a little something...

Whoz tried it and what do you think? difference? results??

if the air ACTUALLY was colder, it would make a difference... making the ecu think the air is colder isn't going to change physics and somehow make the air more dense... you're just going to be dumping extra fuel in...

all in all, you'd probably lose power with it before you gained any
