    VTEC timing

    Hey guys was looking on ebay and saw a VTEC controller to change the RPM that the VTEC kicks in now im thinking of getting one just wondering if any of you guys have one running in your car and do you see any changes to peformance?

    dont buy it, its pointless changing vtec x-over

    leave vtec at factory settings, theyre the optimum for that engine.

    save money on a hondata, power fc or another engine management and get that tunes
    snapping 2nd..

    he's right. plus changing the X over is pointless unless your using larger camshafts(and will have to push it later in the rev range),increased the displacement and fiddled with the ignition timing.
