    Radiator fan wont turn off!

    hey guys was wondering what to do wen the radiator fan doesnt turn off when the keys are removed from ignition?? any ideas???

    the wire for the fan should be easy to locate, follow it and pull....... **** it just pull the battery lol

    just did a google search and found your problem. locate your relay switches in the engine bay, its normally a small black box along the sides of the engine bay no bigger than a small battery. you can pull off the top without any tool, they use like a clip thing. inside the box should be a number of fuses and relays. on the housing of the box there should be a map. locate the radiator fan and pull the switch. figure out what size your relay is and replace it with a new one from w.e car shop.

    What car do you have, some honda's are designed to run the fan after you turn off the motor.

    Could be thermo switch or relay,
    most turbo cars have em im pretty sure, subaru wrx has em
