Guys , this pipe which runs from the camcover into the intake pipe is a inlet vaccuum pipe for the PVC system. Inother words , air is getting sucked INTO that pipe INTO the head- not "out".
It keeps an oil vapour + air flow thru the head and thus into the bottom of the car block to prevent sludge buildup etc.

The air flow then goes back up thru the PCV ( positive crankcase valve) and then again into the inlet manifold.

Have a look in this thread - http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20226&highlight=oil+catch
- we discuss the point and location of an actual oil catch can - IE to catch excess oil vapour and prevent it from entereing the inlet manifold
