Every 2nd skyline is rebirth in NSW, no joke. Try going for a weekend joyriding in some that are for sale and have a look for yourself.
These kinda dodgy shit happens all the time, its the only way to make good money out of 2nd hand/stolen/written off dmg car.
Look at it this way, Your 20, earning 700$/week, got no savings probs got other problems too. you crash your civic, ek4 for example. Got no dosh to fix it properly, what other path is left? Your gonna do dirties, weld up chassis, rebirth, get parts from other interchangeable civics for under 1grand and homejob it and sell the car for as much as u can get right?
Just my 2cents, and also you dont have to go looking far to find a shop that's willing to help ya. Its all about how much you put into it.
