Im looking at this one, is this the right one? http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....m=280755876062

Yeah? Hm.. I'm just so nervous about ripping apart my center console lol. I have 0% trust in myself being able to do this WITHOUT breaking anything haha.
Jbzonda do you think you could take some pics of where you installed it and what it looks like? (Not the inner parts within the console) just from the outside. Did you tuck away most of the cabling within like in the vid?

haha its seriously not as hard as you think...
theres heaps of room behind the cubbyhole so it doesnt matter whether you tuck away the cables, you will never see it anyway.

    this is how mine looks:

At the top of the centre consol box there is an opening, ive let the cable go through there. only downside it doesnt allow the lid to open fully(as you can see in the pic), but it saves from drilling holes for the cable to go through. the xcarlink module itself just sits behind the centre console.

Thanks jbzonda! Looks good! Cos I had a look at the ebay one, and didn't know where to tuck away the giant square bit of the xcarlink. So you put yours behind the compartment within the actual console? If you get me..
