"swirling" i think he means theres a "spoon" in the fuel tank that swirls causing the fuel to be injected differennt

Actually, your injectors don't inject fuel into the cylinder. It injects into the throttle body area, where it mixes and then a mixture enters the cylinder. The engines that inject fuel into the cylinder are the direct injection engines such as Alfa's JTS and Lexus' new engines.

Injectors , in honda terms anyway "inject" right before the inlet valve opening - not in the throttle body area.

Spoon Engine is a Engine that is built from the spoon factory using Spoon Parts
simple as that
