Hannys can replace ur 3-4gear synchros drive in and out for 500-600.

U cant just replace 3rd gear they come in pairs. 1-2, 3-4, 5-Reverse.

But if ur going for a full rebuild to a stronger box (helical gears/dogbox) then idk who is the best
