    Crx 2bseen

    Hey all
    Here is my newest crx

Its from a older car seen but is neat in its own way.

I will take some more pictures when i clean it up, so at the moment its another project and hell dirty
There is a heap i need to do so look pas the sh#t lol

Im still yet to have a good look over the car but i have had a quick look and took a few pics

Tell me if you pick up on some mods i havent seen

    It has

    Full cyber body kit
Front bar, Rear bar, side skirts, Cyber lights, cyber exhaust rings

    Momo wheels n pedals

    Full leather re-trim
Seats, Back seat area, Dash, Doors and parcel shelf

    B16A1 engine swap with air-con
But for some reason its got a a1 box (any ideas why ?)

    Headers and Twin race exhaust

Dtm coil-overs but only in the front, Stock rear.
looks like there might of been some camber used but might of just been slammed on it ass.

    Stock brakes?

    Thanks for having a look

I don't know much about crx's but you're right, looks very nineties. Completely different era but I'm sure it was cool back then. (hell, i'd even drive it like it is now just to piss off the haters) Nice that it already has the engine conversion so you can clean up the bodywork and have a nice one..

A1 gearbox is from a Da9 which has crap ratios design for B18a1 non vtec
Should a Y1 or S1 as they have better ratios which design for b16a1 vtec motor

Crx with cyber kit are dieing breed
If you see a good Technical post giving advice give some postive rep

Yeah the A1 is a shit box lol.
I have another b16a in my shed with a y1 box so ill use that

serious question, do you actually like that cyber body kit, or did you buy it to restore back to stock.

it would be nice to take it back to stock, but would be a waste of a kit. ill neaten it up first and see how it looks then

Tasmania's a real hot bed of Honda and CRX aquisitionists. Seems to be more per square metre and per head than anywhere else in Aus. It'd be a tradgedy (sacriledge even) to return that to stock. Celebrate it for what it is and as the Plates say, "explore the possibilities" Nice pickup.

Afterthought. Do a B20B/Vtec and then the longer gears of the A1 box will be useful.
