    K24Z6 in MY12 CU2

The MY12 CU2 comes with a different Engine Number Prefix. It will be interesting to see what differences there are between the K24Z3 & the K24Z6

k24z6 only makes 180 horsepower, not 200 like the Z3, you sure the code is correct?

lol you might wanna take the car to a dyno....

The code is 100% correct, but as is usual for Honda they make a few versions of this engine with different outputs

You would think that would be the case as it would make identification easier, but in typical Honda fashion it is not the case

It was a dealership stuff up, my service manual & rego papers said k24Z6, When I finally did a physical inspection it was K24Z3, so I had to spend a few hours at the transport department to get it sorted out
