seems its a yellow sticker for a bonnet with scoop.. that was'nt meant to have a scoop.... here in W.A

IV73CI > it seems here in WA, if ur oringinal bonnet dosent come with a bonnet scoop,
and u cut it up...then the very kind police officer would slap a non conformance sticker(or what its called).
but i cant confirm it though...<< rumour has it >>
