Oil/ vapour / gunk sits in the idle control when left for long periods of time, when you warm up the idle can't sit stable so bounces back and forth. You can take the iacv off take it apart , rotate the cylinder and try and dislocate as much gunk with carb cleaner as possible !

got a problem, when i gave my sensor to the mechanic to get replaced. he is saying its been too old and the rust is making the sensor stick on the exhaust(or something). He told me to go to a exhaust shop to get it welled out. Anyone had the same problem before?

    +1

But if you not looking to upgrade. Take it to an exhaust shop, see if they can unscrew it out. With the correct tools, a bit of force and lube they should be able to break it loose. Unless it is really really rusted. Then get them to cut it out, weld in a new o2 bung. (You could even cut the wires, so you can get a ring spanner on there. To minimize the slippage/chance of rounding the hex/nut, add a pole to that for more leverage).

Loctite freeze and release made mine come out pretty easy, I used a mallet and spanner. Had a slight build up of rust, but nothing excessive.

Bit off topic, but I just purchased a Gruppe M kit for my EP

recently got a new oil pressure gauge; just wondering what everyone's pressure is at idle? Mine seems to be around 25-28psi.. seemed a bit low to me :\ Maybe its cause i'm using s2k size filter :S

You have to pop off the back plastic cover at the back of the boot to unclipped the plastic light cover for the license plate light.
    VTEC? Yes please.
