Civic FD1 2008 Accelerator lag ?problem

I finally got D1 Spec throttle controller. cheapest one i could find.
was quite a bitch to install on FD - the accelerator cable you need to plug into is hidden quite inside

very nice mod. put it on sport mode all the sudden the car feels quite peppy. lots of oomph when u need it.
I know the power is no different, but it just feels much better. the car goes when you need it, no more lazy engine response

I find sport 2 is enough for me.

ok i've had fun with this little mod for about a month.
now i wanna sell it.

Reason : I just cant get over the paranoid feeling that, if I am involved in a major accident, my comprehensive insurance would not cover my car due to that little mod
I know it's unlikely, and say if you do get involved in a little accident. Just take the mod off and bring it in for repairers. they won't even know.

But still.

Anyone keen for a 2nd hand D1 spec throttle controller that's only been used for a month?
