    hi does any one know how to change civic ek boot

    i have a 96 ek civic and i want to change its gear boot

    Just take out the centre console (few bolts and then pull towards rear of car), then unscrew/unhook the shift boot and reverse to install with new one

    :S you have to take center console out and change the boot. all you need is screw driver and 10mins of you time

    hey the other charlie guy already say that. also beware not to scratch the plastic when you open the console off!
