Mugen Badge on your non-Mugen Honda is a good example.

But why have a 9 page thread on how great you think the 'noise' of said system engaging is? Even when it's been said that rough engagement is a power loss.

Well I for one and probably many others miss read/understood the title which states most roaring VTEC engine.

Which when I read it again, is more to do with how loud you can get the engine to sound its VTEC.

Confusing this with a quite engine crossing over very loudly to VTEC is different coz it's just poor Peformance....

Should the question be which Honda engine when on VTEC sounds closest to an F1 engine? Coz they're fricken loud!

When your engine is tuned, the crossover won't matter any more.

Im already pulling away in the mid rpm range while everyone else is waiting the vtec kick.
