Five of my mates didn't realised that I have been driving a new car and all of them were saying the same thing, that the styling and colour of my Graphite Luster CU2 is the same/similar to my Sparke Grey FD..

IT IS NOT..!! ARE YOU BLIND..!!!

I can see similarites between CL9 and CU2 from the front and rear part but that's about it. BUT NOT FD??

Has anyone who changed from FD/CL9 to CU2 gotten a response along the same line from your peers?

Just in case you are wondering, four of them are females...

Not being sexist here, just sharing a story..

Are they the type of chicks that think you're rich if you drive a 10 year old C180 or 318i?

i can say it wont as i have the same setup and had no problem getting warranty work done to my car whilst the intake was installated; i.e pinging, and other minor issues.

while we are on the topic, has anyone considered the p2r throttle body?

They were just ignorant I reckon and two of them would fit your description I CU2..

I'm thinking on doing minor mods on the front grill, not a big fan of the chrome grill and I'm thinking of painting the chrome bit paint match (graphite luster) or just black(matte/clear coat)
Which one do you reckon would look better? I'm not good with photoshop sadly...

@Andrew: how is the can spray painted grill holding? Does the paint still look good?
